The mission of The Boulé Foundation of San Antonio, Inc. (TBFOSA) is to make a positive impact in the lives of youth in the under-served communities of San Antonio. We strive to cultivate an environment of success through leadership, education, and mentorship. The launch of our scholarship program in 2024 aligns with this mission. Our goal is to award scholarships to deserving young people with a focus on First Generation African-American college students in order for them to achieve success through higher education.
